Rhian Slattery qualified as a solicitor in January 2005, and joined Gudgeons Prentice later that year. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).

Rhian is a solicitor and partner in the Wills and Probate Team. Rhian deals with a wide variety of private client matters. These include:

• Preparation of Wills;

• Preparation and Registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney;

• Administration of estates;

• Deeds of Variation;

• Applications to the Court of Protection for those who cannot manage their own affairs.

In her spare time, Rhian is kept busy by her family, including her three children.
